The ALC provides classes and testing for the HiSET exam, CASAS testing, citizenship classes, and English language lessons.

The B Street Community Center has the College Transition Program and has classes for a number of workforce programs.

    ServSafe

    This is a two-night food/beverage safety and certificate program. Students will learn topics including food handling and allergens. The cost of the course will also cover the multiple-choice exam, which will be administered on the second night of the class. The lab fee covers the cost of the book.

    Bagels

    Let’s make bagels! Students will participate in the boiling and baking process, and learn how to add different ingredients for various types of bagels. The lab fee covers the cost of supplies.

    Side by Each Brewing, Tour & Taste

    Students must provide their own transportation for the one-hour tour of this new local business. The $15 lab fee will cover the cost of tastings, which also includes beer in the process of fermentation. Bring your, questions for brewers, and a photo ID. This class will take place at the brewery, 1110 Minot Avenue, Auburn.
