We offer academic programs from basic skills to college transitions, computer and technical workforce training, business and vocational courses as well as many other unique classes. Our programs are open to all adults from Lewiston, Maine, and the surrounding area.
Student may earn their high school equivalency degree by taking the HiSET, which is a test like the GED, or earn credits for a diploma. Both options are free.
The Adult Learning Center is located on the left-hand side of Longley School on 145 Birch St. in Lewiston. Students can get their high school credential by taking the HiSET exam or take English lessons. The ALC’s phone number is 207-784-2928.
