Enjoy the fun of a Zumba class with the added bonus of toning using light weights. Each muscle group will be worked out during this 60-minute cardio class. You can bring your own weights but the instructor will have a few available. Weights should be between 1 to 3 lbs, something that you can hold and control comfortably throughout class.
Do you have a lot of clothes in your closet but still feel like you have nothing to wear? Do you dislike shopping because you're not sure what looks good on you? In this interactive class, you'll determine your body type and face shape and learn tips for the most flattering clothing styles and necklines for your features. Bring a smartphone to take pictures and a pen and paper for notes. Please note that this class has been changed from Feb 5th to Mar 10th.
