Maine College Transitions at CMCC – LER115

Are you considering going to college? Join the Maine College Transition Program, Spring 2021. This FREE program focuses on reading, writing, and skills you need to succeed in college. Students will learn schedule management, course management, and self-management. We will have an expanded focus on finding and applying for scholarships. The 14-week session will have Tuesday and Thursday sessions. During the course students will visit with local colleges; the USM - the University of Southern Maine, CMCC - Central Maine Community College, MCHP - the Maine College of Health Professions, and UMA - the University of Maine at Augusta. Guest speakers from other great Maine organizations, such as FAME and the MEOC, will also provide support and services throughout the semester.
