Functional fitness is designed to help us maintain independence as we age. This class is for people of all ages and fitness levels looking to improve their overall fitness. Exercises will focus on proper form and include body-weight exercises. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or are a seasoned athlete, this class is for you! Yoga mat suggested.
